For Westholme’s global brand relaunch, we brought the terroir of Northern Australia to London with elaborate grassland installation, projections and inventive preparation of Westholme’s signature wagyu cuts by top chefs: Lee Tiernan of FKABAM, Seb Myers of Planque, and Cynthia Shanmugalingam of Rambutan. As part of the standing feast we created custom uniforms, bandana napkins, serveware, takeaway kits and more to celebrate Westholme among London’s top food-industry chefs and insiders.
